Our firm has experience handling every aspect of elder law, probate, and estate litigation. This includes bringing and defending Will contest actions, guardianship actions, vulnerable adult proceedings, claims for fiduciary accountings, and claims in Trust actions. These are sometimes referred to as TEDRA actions in Washington State. Litigation is time-consuming, stressful, and expensive. We prefer a mediated approach whenever possible.
