Michael V. Regeimbal

Law Practice

Michael V. Regeimbal has practiced in the area of Elder Law to include Guardianship, Probate, Estate Planning and Trusts since 1991. He graduated from Central Washington State College in 1977 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. In 1982 he passed the Certified Public Accountant Exam and Graduated from Seattle University with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. In 1990 he graduated from the University of Puget Sound with a Juris Doctor in Law and passed the Washington State Bar Exam. In 1996 he earned a Certificate in Estate Planning from the Washington Law School Foundation University of Washington School of Law. In January, 2014 he completed training in Collaborative Law.

In addition to education and work experience, he has been very involved in community activities. He has given a monthly free legal clinic, known as Legally Speaking, to seniors at the Des Moines Senior Center, for the past nineteen years. His past community activities include Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Highline Community College, President of the Highline Community College Foundation, President of the Des Moines Chamber of Commerce and President of the Des Moines/Midway Rotary Club.
